Adding TFriends!

Quickie posting then I gotta run --

Ok -- last night I got a few invites from other members (finally!) so I checked it out and it seems to be working again! Woo Hoo!

Five members accepted to be my TFriend I discovered this AM. THANKS!

I say, if it is working now -- then use it before it is broke again! (It was broken for months!)

TFruge1 -- unfortunately, it still says pending but I have not recieved your invite or you probably not mine.

I had this problem with a few other people too, can't remember the names right now because I have not had my java jolt this am yet.

Adding TFriends --

1. Log in to your account. Find the member's profile you wish to add. You can click on a the little green dot on the TBlurt or if you are at their blog, click on their profile.
You can also find them by searching the users by username in the search box on the upper left hand corner of the main page.

2. Click on "Be My Friend" blue button under their avatar in their profile.

You are taken to a new page and just click on continue.

An automatic friend request TMail is sent to them and once they approve by clicking yes they are added to your friend list and yours to theirs.

You can always say no.

This is a great way to advertise your blog being a friend since members check out other member's friends page (must be logged in) from time to time just to see other people's blogs.

Start collecting your TBlog friends today! LOL -- sounds like collecting those fast food promotional toys or something from a cereal box.

Yeah, when I try to add you as a Tfriend it says "error pending" and there is nothing else i can do. You are a Tfriend at heart inkspector!

Very strange that this continues on even after it has been fixed, well, maybe. If we are still having problems, I guess it is not completely fixed . . . yet.

It probably will never be fully functional. It does however allow me to add people that I never tried adding before, but it won't let me add the one person that I really wanted as a Tfriend!

It was broken at one time? hu..didn't know that. Glad it's working for me. Looks like we're friends now. Kewl.

Thanks though I wish it would work properly. Maybe in the future sometime soon I hope.

Anyways, I had to redo the comment since this am, it accutally got posted 8 times. I hope you did not get 8 comment posts. I just realized not all of it got posted originally so hence the redo.

Hey - the tFriends procedure's been a fascination for me. Is there more to it functionally than declaration and agreement? (Sure, I'll be your friend - I'm pretty friendly, and thought we were already friends since we're having this exchange ...)

Just curious ... (*always* curious!)
